     Have you noticed that Vitamin C is used in many skin care products?

    Why? It helps in the formation of collagen (the skin's support fibres).

    Does it work? It varies from person to person, but many people report that their skin's texture seems to be improving.

    Usually you have to wait so long to see improvement in your skin's texture. Not so apparently with Vitamin C.
